Karina Appeldorn's has been praised by the Gault Millau restaurant guide. She also won the title of Patissière of the Year for 2015 - a wonderful accolade for the German chef who actually started her working life in engineering. Karina gets inspiration for her desserts from her garden and you could almost say that they look too good to eat - but with such low calories how could anyone resist!
